This site has been made available to the public by the USDA Forest Service, through InfoHarvest.com, for the posting of comments to further the participatory process in development of an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Rosemont Copper Project.

For you to post comments to this site, you may be asked to provide certain private information about yourself and your organization, if any. The Forest Service takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy covers the Forest Service’s treatment of personally identifiable information collected when you register on the site.

The Forest Service collects personally identifiable information when you register to participate. This information may includes your name, your organization's (if any) name, email address and other contact information. The purpose of this information is to have as transparent a process as possible.

After you register, any comment(s) submitted for posting on the site must first be determined to comply with the terms of this agreement as determined by a Forest Service moderator, and such posts may be identified as generated by you, and the name of your organization (if any) may be shared on the site in connection with your comment. Your email address and other contact information will not be posted on the site. Your address and other contact information will be used only to help identify you and to assist the Forest Service in providing you with additional information that you may request or to provide us the opportunity to speak with you regarding any comments that you may make.

In addition, the host server automatically receives and records information from your browser including your IP address on its server logs.

Remember you are joining a public process which is attempting to be responsive to those interested in development of an Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Rosemont Copper Project. Any information that you provide may be used to make this process as transparent as possible.

Your personally identifiable information is not being collected for any other reason. And, InfoHarvest.com has agreed that no such information will be used by it except in fulfilling its work with the Forest Service.
