Form letters may consist of petitions, photocopied letters signed and submitted by members of an organized group, or a single long document signed by multiple people. Form letter submissions are attributed to all signatories; however, for purposes of the environmental analysis, comments contained within form letters are given no more or less weight than comments contained in a letter submitted by a single individual.

1 Form Letter 1 I understand that Augusta Resource Corporation, a foreign mining company based in Canada, has submitted a 2007 version of the incomplete 2006 plan of operations you rejected. I understand that you are in the process of deciding whether the 2007 version is complete enough to evaluate as required by the National Environmental Policy Act.
2 Form Letter 2

There are already strains on the water supply coming from the Colorado River to the Central Arizona Project. One look at lake levels along the damn (sic) system will verify this. If water allocations are reduced due to lack of water will Augusta Resources guarantee in writing that the reduction in water will be absorbed by them and not the public of Green Valley and Sahuarita even if that leads to the requirement of shutting down or slowing activity at the mine?
3 Form Letter 3

Rosemont’s activities of transporting groundwater away from Sahuarita would interfere with the natural balance of the environments ability to maintain critical water levels for the overall development and welfare of the community.

4 Form Letter 4 Yes! I do support Rosemont Cooper, Augusta Resource Corporation's Southern Arizona Project
5 Form Letter 5 On behalf of the 2300 members of the Maricopa Audubon Society in central Arizona we would like to submit the following scoping comments regarding the proposed Rosemont mine in southern Arizona.  Our members spend many hours every year in th eCoronado National Forest.  These involve wildlife and natural history study.  We schedule organized chapter field trip to areas throughout southern Arizona, and including many within the Coronado NF.
6 Form Letter 6 I live in Corona de Tucson, and the proposed Rosemont Mine is directly south of us in the Santa Rita Mountains.  This is a potential environmental disaster to the water shed in Davidson Canyon, the ground water being pumped out of Sahuarita Heights, and the whole Scenic Santa Rita Range.
7 Form Letter 7 I would like to know what impact the Rosemont mine would have on my well.  Can I expect the water table to be lowered, if so will my well run dry?
If my well runs dry who will pay to get water to my home?
What do you estimate the future groundwater table depth to be?
8 Form Letter 8 1.  Has the Federal Highway Safety Administration information from the Arizona 2007 Five percent report which outlines the top 5 percent of its locations currently exhibiting the most severe highway safety needs be taken into account when determining SR83 safety?
9 Form Letter 9 I object to the fact that August Resource Corporation has not yet completed the studies and documentation requested when the Forest Service rejected their second Mining Plan of Operation.  For example, the hydrologic studies are not yet complete, therefore the hydrologic impacts cannot yet be determined.
10 Form Letter 10 1.  How will surface water quantity and water quality in Davidson Canyon and Cienega Creek be protected?
2.  How will Rosemont Copper prevent wells in nearby residential and agricultural areas from being depleted, and how will they compensate the landowners?
11 Form Letter 11 It is a well-known fact that the watertable in the Green Valley Region of Southern Arizona is significantly diminishing with each passing year.
12 Form Letter 12 My water is pumped from well number 55-519879.  I would like to know what impact the Rosemont mine will have on my well.  Can I expect the water table to be lowered?  If so will my well run dry?  If my well runs dry, who will pay to get water to my home?  What do you estimate the future groundwater table depth to be?
13 Form Letter 13 Please save the Santa Ritas, our scenic, beneficial, ecological, way-of-life supporting local mountain range that is a part of our culture, our heritage, and our local human ecology and economy.
14 Form Letter 14 I'm writing to express my concerns about the potential impact of the proposed Rosemont Copper Mine on my business, La Hacienda de Sonoita, in Sonoita, Arizona.  Approximately 100% of my business revenue is generated by visitors to the area.  According to a recent study conducted by the Sonoran Institute, decreased revenues from outdoor recreation and tourism due to the proposed mine will be significiant and will most likely generate costs to the local economy far in excess of any potential benefits.  Any decrease in revenues will no doubt threaten my livelihood an dincrease the cost of, or potentially deprive visitors and local residents of my services.
15 Form Letter 15 I'm writing to express my concerns about the proposed Rosemont Mine project.  As a visitor to the Sonoita area, particularly the Epona Center at Apache Springs Ranch, I am disturbed by the news that this beautiful valley is set to be irreparably damaged by an open pit mine of such scale.  A large part of the reason I would invest the time and money to visit the area from my current home in (please add your city, state, country), involves the serenity and unmatched beauty of the Santa Rita mountain empire, particularly Gardner Canyon.  I'm not really interested in visiting your area to hike or trail ride or even drive past an open pit mine.  Sitting out to watch the stars will not be the same with noise, light and dust pollution that will seriously compromise the experience.
16 Form Letter 16 Petition in opposition to mining in the Rosemont Valley, Santa Rita Mountains, Arizona
Whereas, the private property known as Rosemont Ranch in th eSanta Rita Mountains, Arizona, is currently being considered for a copper mine; and
17 Form Letter 17 Overview:  This scoping document contains comments on the Proposed Rosemont Copper Project (hereinafter "Mine") in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended by P. 18 Form Letter 18 Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the initial public comment period for preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Rosemont Copper Project.  We are ranch owners at High Haven Ranch, with Forest Service grazing permits of Oak Tree Allotments I & II, directly adjacent to Forest Service lands now leased by Rosemont Copper Company.  We have tremendous concern over the multitude of impacts to our area that would occur if the proposed Rosemont Copper Project is accepted by the Forest Service.

22 Form Letter 22 My water is pumped from well number 55-519879.  I would like to know what impact the Roemont mine will have on my well.  Can I expect the water table to be lowered?  If so will my well run dry?  If my well runs dry, who will pay to get water to my home?  What do you estimate the future groundwater table depth to be?  What guarantees do we have, if My weels fo dry or is polluted as an indirect impact of the mine?
23 Form Letter 23 I write out of great concern about the proposed Roesmont copper mine in the Santa Rita Mountains.  Despite having rejected Augusta Resource Corporation's mining plan of operations and making repeated requests for further information, the Coronado National Forest still has not received a finalized plan.  How can any menaingful analysis of this proposal proceed without the necessary details?
